If your using Mass Transit, there are several ways to reach our office at 28 West 23^rd St.

• You can take the 1 train (local) to 23^rd St & 7^th Ave, from there you can walk East
• Also, the N,R,Q stops at 23^rd & Broadway, which is a two minute walk West
• The 6 line will stop at 23^rd & Lexington Ave, if you're traveling from the Eastside
• The F and M lines will stop at 23^rd and 6^th Ave, right by NYHR Sports Club and walk East

From I-78 E/Holland Tunnel:

Take Exit 2 for Hudson Street towards Uptown. Turn right on Hudson Street. Turn right on Spring Street. Turn left onto 6^th Avenue. Turn right onto West 23^rd Street. We are right above the Home Depot.

From I-95 N/George Washington Bridge:

Take Exit 1C and follow signs for I-87 South. Take the exit for I-278 W towards Triboro Bridge/Manhattan/Queens. Merge onto I-278 W. Take the exit towards Randalls Island/Manhattan/FDR Drive. Merge onto FDR drive. Take exit 7 towards 23^rd Street. Turn right on 23rd Street. We are between 5^th and 6^th avenues above the Home Depot

From I-495 W/Midtown Tunnel:

Take the exit towards Midtown Tunnel. You will want to be heading Downtown. Once you get to the other side. Turn right onto East 34^th street. Turn left at the 2^nd cross street on to Lexington Avenue. Turn right on East 23^rd street. We are between 5^th and 6^th avenues above the Home Depot.

From I-278 W/Williamsburg Bridge:

Go over the bridge. Continue on to Delancey Street. Turn right on to Bowery. Continue on to Cooper Square. Continue on to 3rd Avenue. Turn left on East 23^rd Street. We are between 5^th and 6^th avenues above the Home Depot.
